Kobe Bryant Becomes Lakers All-Time Leading Scorer
With 44 points in the Lakers game against the Memphis Grizzlies on Monday night, Kobe Bryant surpassed Jerry West as the Lakers all-time leading scorer. He now has 25,208 points. The only thing that didn't make the achievement even better was the fact that the Lakers lost the game. However, Kobe has now moved on up in the ranks of great Lakers. I'm still not ready to put him over Magic Johnson, but by the time his career is over, Kobe just may be considered the greatest Laker of all time, especially if he wins a couple more rings.
