Tonight will be the first full moon of the year, which is considered the Wolf Moon. It got it's name from old old Native American belief that hungry wolves would howl at the moon. This is where the concept of the werewolf came along. Each month has a different full moon name. It will be 14% wider and 30% brighter than your average full moon.
